He was born in 1974 in Denizli, completed his secondary education at Antalya High School in 1991, and then pursued his university studies at Gazi University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences, Department of Public Administration, graduating in 1995. He later earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of Exeter in 2010.

Hemet Karadag started his professional career in 1998 and has been a board member of the Capital Markets Board since 2012, becoming deputy chairman of the board of directors on April 1, 2016. He served as chairman of the board of directors and the executive committee of the Istanbul Stock Exchange and the Central Registry Authority in 2016 and 2018. He was appointed a member of the board of Directors of the Turkish Wealth Fund on January 19, 2017, where he later served as general director and chairman of the board from September 7, 2017, to September 12, 2018.

Since August 13, 2018, Hemet Karadag has held the position of deputy chairman of the board of directors at Halkbank (People's Bank). On January 1, 2023, he became a founding partner at Oragon Real Estate Portfolio Management and Venture Capital Portfolios.

Abdullah Al-Hammad commenced his academic journey in Turkey at the Faculty of Medicine of Hadji Tepe University. After two years, he opted to discontinue his medical studies in favor of pursuing a career in Commerce. Al-Hammad went on to establish numerous companies across various investment sectors, with a focus on enhancing and invigorating the Turkish market. He remains actively involved in the management of these enterprises, which have contributed significant value to various sectors within the Turkish market, including health, medical tourism, real estate consulting, and investment, among others. Through these endeavors, Al-Hammad has successfully established a prominent reputation within the Turkish market.

Currently, Abdullah Al-Hammad is engaged in postgraduate studies in Islamic finance management at Sabaheddin Zaim University. He is proficient in Arabic, Turkish, and English languages. Since 2022, Al-Hammad has served as the vice chairman of the board of directors at Oragon Real Estate Portfolio Management Company and Venture Capital Portfolios.

He graduated from the Department of Economics at Istanbul University and later pursued postgraduate studies in the same field. His professional career began in 1965 as an assistant inspector at Ish Bank, where he later transitioned to the movable funds Department. After nine years as an inspector, he established the first capital market and securities department in the Turkish banking sector and managed it for 11 years. In 1985, he was tasked with founding the Istanbul Stock Exchange and served as its chairman for five years. In 2002, he was elected as a deputy of the Justice and Development Party in the Turkish parliament and held positions in the NATO Parliamentary Assembly and as chairman of the Union of Turkish Chambers and Exchanges TOBB. Since 2022, he has been serving as a board member at Oragon Real Estate Portfolio Management Company and Venture Capital Portfolios.
