Fund Strategy
The strategy of the fund is to invest in the assets specified in the communiqué and to carry out the activities specified in the communiqué with the aim of obtaining rental income, capital appreciation, and trading gains. The primary objective of the fund is to generate profit through transactions such as buying and selling the real estate it holds. Additionally, earning rental income is another objective.
At least 80% of the total value of the fund must consist of real estate investments. In calculating this ratio, the assets, rights, and transactions specified in paragraph (a) of the third clause of Article 4 of the Communiqué are taken into account. Investments can be made up to a maximum of 20% of the total value of the fund in the shares of joint-stock companies, whose financial statements prepared according to the provisions of the legislation they are subject to, consistently show that at least 75% of their total assets are composed of domestic real estate investments.
